Delivery Area We currently ship nationwide within South Africa only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Full payment including shipping fees is required before an order is dispatched.

Delivery Time Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Failed Deliveries If our courier arrives at your delivery address and no one is available to receive the order, the customer will be liable for the cost of a second delivery attempt.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled in the following circumstances:

Incorrect contact details were provided

No answer after 3 call attempts by our team

No response to a follow-up email within 15 minutes of it being sent

Damaged Goods If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within 2 days of receipt by contacting us at info@nandtcorner.com or calling 071 966 3970.

Non-Delivery If your order does not reach you, a full refund will be issued.
